Charter Project Workshops

We developed engaging classroom workshops for high school students to make Charter education accessible and interesting to them.

Law Day, organized by the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) is an annual event for the public to learn about the law, the legal profession and some of the legal institutions that form the cornerstone of our Canadian democracy.

Section 15 Equality Rights – A Handbook for Students

We are very pleased to be working with the CBA to make our Charter education materials available to high school students across Canada in association with Law Day.  The theme of Law Day 2015, celebrated on April 16, 2015, is Equality Rights.

To celebrate the Charter’s protection of Equality Rights, the The Charter Project put together a Section 15 Equality Rights – A Handbook for Students with accompanying teacher’s materials.

We encourage you to print your own copies.  Those who are using these handbooks for Law Day 2015 may request an order for printed handbooks from Peter Adourian at adouria@uwindsor.ca
