We filmed and edited interviews with legal experts and others who can offer unique historical perspectives on The Charter, its inception, and how it affects the everyday lives of Canadians. Most interviewees have one or two “brief” videos which provide sample moments from the interview, followed by the rest of the interview in several parts. Interviewees include:
This video features our interview with Professor Bruce Elman, more specifically his second of four videos. In this video he speaks about Charter education for lawyers and judges, and public education of The Charter. When The Charter Project was just starting at Windsor Law, Dean Bruce Elman was one of the first supporters of the initiative, and has been a key advocate and resource since the early days.
